ANFI MANAGEMENT DISARRAY!

Further to recent developments with the Anfi sales team this letter shows the extent of their problems!! It really highlights the lack of professionalism currently be displayed by Anfi, not only to us (the defrauded client) but also to their own staff! It is a great shame that a once great resort has in just a few years become a money grabbing organisation with no concern for anyone and certainly not for us the poor client!!!

revolt,what revolt, most of the managers retracted there signitures when darren davis was sack,
as for a previous comment, yvonne james was sack for going of her head, she did not resign. best thing puerto atlantico did was employ her,
most of the staff were glad to see the back of her

As a staff member at Anfi del mar, i would just like to comment on Yvonne James. She was sacked but she did not "go off her head" she refused to go against her principles. I would also like to say the staff were not glad to see the back of her, And she will be a bonus to CPA.

bouncersusan's comment seems more than a little strange. Even if the comments regarding the two aforementioned members of management were true (which they are not)isn't it worrying that so many other members of management have gone in a relatively short space of time? I personaly find it even MORE distressing that members themselves are also leaving in droves (of which I am one who has). I would suggest to bouncersusan that if he/she has been employed by Anfi for any decent period of time, they MUST be concerned at the financial instability that is so obviously on show at this once splendid resort. Ridiculous restaurant bills for substandard cuisine, lacklustre entertainment (I am being kind), little to no maintenance being carried out (the beachclub apartments have not had a change in decor in at least 10 years), appalling security (I have entered each part of the resort many times on subsequent holidays since I have recinded my membership) and a staff who were once proud to belong to Anfi, trudging around with sagging shoulders and an atmosphere of fear hanging like a grey storm cloud over their heads. I think there can be little dispute that RCI's previously PROUD flagship resort is nothing more than a jonah to the staff, and a millstone round every owners head. It cannot and will not survive with an evidently incompetent management team at the helm, and believe me, the word incompetent should be taken as a compliment by the buffoons in charge.
